The rental includes: luxury furniture, a kitchenette, daily cleaning of the apartment, supply of linen, water, electricity, insurance, a TV with a subscription to 102 channels.   The tenant has free access to the pool, fitness and solarium.   20% discount on food and drinks, laundry bills, free use of the ADSL line.

Arrivals are made on the first day of the month after 01:00pm and departures on the last day of the month before 12:00am.  

Parking extra: 600 € - 500 € - 400 €, per month, depending on the period rented. Package for the stay of a pet (exclusively small dog and cat - subject to acceptance): 360 € per month
